Consultation Terms

All consultations are conducted with the intention of creating a considered and tailored experience.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be rescheduled.

Consultations are dedicated to understanding your requirements, refining your vision, and guiding you through the design and ordering process.

Any garments discussed or commissioned during the consultation will be produced on a made-to-order basis, with a standard production timeline of up to 3 weeks.
